A Letterkenny man has been sent forward for trial on money laundering charges.
A book of evidence was served on Gary Mirren at Monday’s sitting of Letterkenny District Court.
Garda Maeve Sweeney gave evidence of serving the book on Mirren, 24, with an address at Thorndale, Ballyraine.
Mirren faces 12 money laundering charges.
Judge Brendan O’Reilly administered the alibi warning to Mirren, who was present for the brief hearing.
A section 56 order was made in relation to video tapes of interviews. Mirren was remanded on continuing bail.
The DPP has directed that Mirren be sent for trial to the next sitting of Letterkenny Circuit Court, which begins on May 10 next.
