Course in bike maintenance offered next week

Donegal County Council is organising a bike maintenance course for beginner adults on Saturday, 22nd October, as part of National Reuse Month.
The council expects to run two sessions, one from 2.30pm and one at 3.30pm, both at Bryson Recycling Centre at Carnamuggagh, Letterkenny.
The course will cover general bike care, punctures, how to check your gears and the "M Check”, the name given to the safety check of all the main working parts on the bicycle.
The course will last about 45 minutes and will be held outdoors, so participants should dress appropriately for the weather. People can bring their own bicycle, if they wish.
The course will be delivered by LK BIKES and places are limited, so booking is essential using the online booking form on All successful bookings will be contacted to confirm details before the event.
