Paul Diver, who has had the management contract for the four star Sandhouse Hotel in Rossnowlagh, has today purchased the renowned hotel at the reserve price of €650,000.
The hotel was one of around 100 proporties on sale at a ‘distressed’ auction in the Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin, organised by Allsops Estate Agents.
“I can’t believe it. I’m absolutely delighted,” Mr Diver told the Donegal Democrat.
