The apartments, at Glengesh Court, were forcibly entered over the Christmas period and gardai have launched an investigation

Christmas burglaries at two Ardara apartments

Glengesh Court, Ardara.

Two apartments were broken into at a complex in Ardara over the Christmas period.

Between December 23 and December 27, two apartments at Glengesh Court were targeted.

The window of one apartment was smashed and entry gained. When entry was gained, a number of doors were forced and another apartment was forcibly entered.

Nothing of value was stolen in the incident, gardai have said. The two apartments in question were vacant at the time.

Gardai are appealing for anyone who noticed any suspicious activity or who has an information to contact Ballyshannon Garda Station on 071-9858530 or the Garda Confidential Line on 1800-666111.
