A planning permission application has been lodged with Donegal County Council for the development of 13 new houses in Stranorlar

Permission sought for Stranorlar housing development

Planning permission has been sought for the development of 13 new houses in Stranorlar.

Nien Properties Ltd have submitted an application to Donegal County Council.

The Ballybofey-based company are looking to construct 13 two-storey dwellings at Admiran, Stranorlar.

The planning documents provide for all associated site works. The proposed development would also see the existing vehicular entrance upgraded to include a right-hand turning lane.

The development would also include connection to public services, including a foul effluent pump station.

The local authority has indicated that a decision on the application will be made by September 24, 2023.
