No exact time frame announced for when the pitch will be reopened at MacCumhaill Park
Seán MacCumhaills have confirmed that major upgrade works on the main pitch will officially begin this week.
The Twin Towns club will be playing their matches at the Donegal GAA Centre in Convoy, with no exact time frame announced for when the pitch will be reopened.
The club released a statement to announce the upgrades and confirm that all club matches will be played in Convoy while the work is being done.
"As part of ongoing development efforts, the pitch will now be closed to all activity until the works are completed.
"This project marks a significant investment in the club’s facilities, aiming to provide a top-quality playing surface for teams at all levels. The upgrade is being made possible through the club’s successful grant applications and continued fundraising efforts.
"Seán MacCumhaills would like to thank everyone for their cooperation and continued support as they take this next step in improving the club’s infrastructure for future generations."
