Naomh Ultan's Cian Kennedy hit seven points for the winning side
Naomh Ultan 1-26
Moville 4-15
Naomh Ultan finally took the spoils in this keenly contested and high scoring Junior 'A' championship clash with Moville, in Dunkineely on Sunday afternoon.
Two points separated the sides at the finish, with midfielder Jack Boyle and second half substitute Aaron Byrne hitting two late points after Moville struck for three goals in a five minute purple patch to come from seven points down to tie up the game.
Danny Murphy, who already had a goal to his name, struck for two more of those goals, and Seamy Pat McLaughlin netted the other for a 4-15 to 1-24 scoreline.
Murphy struck for the first of his three goals inside the opening minute to get Moville off to a dream start.
Luke Gallagher, Aaron Kyles, Kyle Breslin, and Johnny Bach responded with white flags for the locals, but the visitors still led 1-2 to 0-4 on the ten minute mark.
And the Sky Blues were four up after Michael Barr landed a two pointer for a 1-9 to 0-8 scoreline.
But thanks to a Patrick White goal and points from White, Luke Gallagher, and Johnny Bach, Naomh Ultan led 1-13 to 1-11 at half-time.
