ATU Donegal Freshers produced an impressive performance to see off Trinity College Dublin in the Electric Ireland HE Gaelic Football Freshers 2 Championship on Monday night.

The visitors eased to victory with a massive 21 points to spare. 

Danny Brown grabbed 1-3 of that, while Eoghan McNeilis chipped in with 0-6. Further scores came from Shane Callaghan (0-4), Dylan Mulholland (0-2) and Bailey McBride (0-2). 

The other goals from Jack Keys and Aaron Neely completed the scoring for Donegal.

The win books ATU Donegal’s place in the semi-finals of the competition with fixture details to be confirmed.
