St Naul's were pushed all the way by St Mary's, Convoy but upping the ante in the second period, Stephen Griffin's men were deserving winners

St Naul’s down St Mary’s, Convoy with five to spare in the end

Thomas White was part of the winning St Naul's side this afternoon.

St Naul’s picked up another All-County League Division 3 win as they seen off the challenge of St Mary’s, Convoy in Mountcharles by five points. 

St Naul’s 0-12:0-7 St Mary’s, Convoy 

The visitors really put it up to their hosts and the game was locked level at 0-4 each at the midpoint. 

But with the likes of player/manager Stephen Griffin, ‘keeper Gavin Mulreany and Martin Breslin all stepping up to be counted in the second period; the Gerard Gallagher Memorial Park men were deserving winners in the end.
