Scoil Cholmcille Letterkenny had the pleasure of welcoming members of the victorious Ulster Minor Ladies team to the school.
Abigail Temple Asokuh, Clodagh O’Connor, Louise Doherty and Alisha Gallagher visited classes to show the primary pupils the Ulster Minor Cup and talk about their experiences playing for Donegal.
"These girls of course come from good stock and we think that some of our staff members will be extremely proud of their daughter's efforts, with Abigail and Clodagh’s mothers Siobhan and Maureen,” said Scoil Cholmcille teacher and former Donegal midfielder Rory Kavanagh on behalf of the staff. “We thank them for taking the time to come in and visit us and we wish them the best of luck in the All-Ireland series."
