They may have been wearing the more unfamiliar colours of Derry, but that didn't take away from the delight that three Donegal clubs enjoyed at Croke Park on Sunday.
At half-time in the All-Ireland SFC clash between Derry and Kerry, the INTO Cumann na mBunscol GAA Respect Exhibition Go Games took place in the respective kits of the semi-finalists, between primary school children from around the country.
Donegal had three young men in action in front of 43,192 in the form of Andrew McGroddy from Downings, Oisin O’Hare of Moville and Naomh Columba's Noah McGuire all showcasing their skills.
The trio then retook their seats for the second half of the semi-final, where Kerry booked the places in the All-Ireland final on Sunday week thanks to a 1-17 to 1-15 victory over the Oak Leaf County.
