Seamus Coleman is back training with Everton.
Seamus Coleman looks set to put his latest injury nightmare behind him with pictures released of the Everton and Republic of Ireland skipper being put through his paces at Finch Farm.
The Killybegs man was stretchered off in his club’s 2-2 Premier League with Leicester City at the beginning of May and had been recovering from a knee injury since then.
But the former St Catherine’s and Sligo Rovers man was spotted going through a number of individual drills at the Toffees’ training base at the weekend. He’s missed some vital internationals with Ireland including Thursday’s 2-0 Euro Qualifier loss away to France.
It’s still early days and while Everton haven’t yet commented on an expected or official forecasted return date for the Donegal man, it is still extremely positive to see him make a return to grass training.
