Donegal celebrate their Ulster final win over Armagh back in May.
Ulster LGFA champions Donegal were well represented on Friday night at The Irish News All-Star awards in Belfast picking up six of the 15 spots available.
In the full-back line there were places for both Niamh Carr and Abigail Temple Asokuh while Amy Boyle Carr was selected in the half-back line.
2022 Footballer of the Year Niamh McLaughlin was named at midfield while Katie Dowds slotted in at wing half-forward. Donegal fell out of Division 1 this term but picked up the pace once again in spectacular fashion to claim the Ulster title with a shock victory over the reigning champions Armagh.
However, they fell at the All-Ireland quarter-final hurdle to a much stronger Dublin in Ballybofey. Maxi Curran subsequently stepped down from his role as boss after six years at the helm.
