Ciaran Cannon and family celebrate Clonmel Commercials' Tipperary SFC title win

Former Letterkenny Gaels man Ciaran Cannon and his Clonmel Commercials teammates lifted the Tipperary SFC on Sunday with 6-07  to 2-6 final win over rivals JK Brackens.

Cannon was a second-half substitute in the dominant win. They will now target a first Munster title since 2015 with the Limerick champions, Adare or Newcastle West, up next.

Current Wicklow manager and ex Armagh star Oisin McConville is also part of the Tipperary football champions’ backroom team. The Crossmaglen native joined up in what is described as an advisory role at Clonmel.
