St Naul’s lost three players to injury in the second half but despite being more competitive, they were unable to make any headway into the big lead built up by Naomh Padraig, who will fancy their chances in this competition

Naomh Padraig, Uisce Chaoin were much superior to St Naul’s in the opening round of the U-21B Championship at Ture, Muff on Sunday.

The home side were well on their way by half-time as they led by 2-9 to 0-2. The goals came from Peter Grant and Kevin Lynch.
