Karl Lacey is set to remain as manager of Kilcoo the club confirmed on Tuesday morning.
The 2012 Donegal All-Ireland winner led the side to the Down SFC title but came up short against Scotstown in the Ulster Club quarter final.
Kilcoo posted the following on their social media this morning: “Eoghan Rua Cill Chua are delighted to announce that manager Karl Lacey and his backroom team will look after our senior side in 2024.”
The Four Masters clubman, a four-time All-Star and Footballer of the Year, took over from Conleith Gilligan and Richie Thornton.
Another ex-Donegal star, Barry Dunnion as well as physio Cathal Ellis, Naomh Conaill, were part of his backroom team this season and are also set to stay put.
