Letterkenny Rovers draw Mervue United away in FAI Junior Cup

Letterkenny Rovers have drawn Mervue United away in the FAI Junior Cup.

Letterkenny Rovers have been handed a difficult away assignment in the last 32 of the FAI Junior Cup with a trek to Galway outfit Mervue United on the cards for Stephen McConnell’s side.

The fifth round drawdrum was a little kinder to both Cockhill Celtic and  Buncrana Hearts with Gavin Cullen’s men securing a home draw against Limerick outfit Askeaton/Kilcornan AFC.

Meanwhile, Garys Duffy’s Inishowen Premier Division champions Buncrana Hearts are also at home when they take on Dublin outfit, Harding FC, with a place in the last 16 up for grabs.

Those clashes have provisionally pencilled in for Sunday, January 21.
