There will be 9 Donegal players involved as well as other involvement in backroom teams

Donegal well represented in Freshers A semi-final this Thursday between UU and DCU

Conor Reid of Four Masters and Karl Joseph Molloy of Ardara will be on opposing teams in Thursday's Freshers semi-final

There will be a big Donegal representation in the Freshers A semi-final which will take at University Ulster this Thursday evening.
UU are taking on DCU and the game will see up to nine Donegal players involved.

Eoghan Kelly of Aodh Ruadh and Ryan Barrett of Bundoran will be part of UU side

UU reached the semi-final with a comprehensive win over UCC last Thursday while DCU overcame ATU, Sligo after extra-time.
UU will have Eoghan Kelly of Aodh Ruadh at centre-half while up front Karl Joseph Molloy of Ardara and Ryan Barrett of Realt Na Mara, Bundoran have been regulars. Max Roarty of St Michael's has been filling the role of substitute.

Other Donegal players in the panel include 'keeper Aaron Cullen of Aodh Ruadh; Eoin McGonigle, MacCumhaills and Adam McGeever, Gaoth Dobhair.

And the side are managed by former Aodh Ruadh player, Anthony McGrath.

The Donegal connection on the DCU side is also strong with Shaun Ward of Glenfin and Conor Reid, Four Masters in the starting line-up. Former Donegal minor and MacCumhaill's player, Nathan Gavigan, is part of the coaching staff.

The other semi-final also takes place this week with Queen's taking on University of Galway at a neutral venue.
