Dungloe are back to winning ways following last week's defeat to Four Masters as they sealed an eight-point win over Red Hughs who now sit bottom of Division 2.

With Oisin Bonner and Daire Gallagher in fine form up front and thanks to a Barry Curran goal, Dungloe laid the foundation for the win in the opening half.

The home side were so dominant in the first period that they led 1-9 to 0-1 point at the break.

The second half was a more evenly contested encounter with wind-assisted Red Hughs outsourcing the locals 1-6 to 0-6 with Michael McMenamin slotting home the goal for Red Hughs, but Dungloe were too far ahead for them to be caught.
