Milford are up to third place in the All-County Football League Division 2 table following Saturday evening’s big win over Dungloe in Rosses Park.

Shane Black and Cathal McGettigan inflicted most pain on the off-colour locals with the duo between them accounting for 1-8 of their team’s total tally.

Black top-scored with 0-6 and McGettigan chipped in with 1-2 while Rory O’Donnell, Kyle Black and Killian McBride also registered points for the visitors.

Ryan Connors, Daire Gallagher, Matthew Ward and Shaun McGee raised white flags for the locals who never got going and were completely overrun by the James McGinley-managed outfit. Milford led by five points at half-time 0-8 to 0-3 and kicked on in the second half.
