Martin McNally will be the man in the middle this Sunday in Clones
Martin McNally has been appointed as the referee for this Sunday's Ulster final clash between Donegal and Armagh at St Tiernach's Park in Clones.
The official from Monaghan will oversee the match, which is scheduled to kick off at 4 pm. The event will be broadcast live on both RTÉ and BBC.
McNally was one of the officials during last season's All-Ireland senior football final between Dublin and Kerry, while he also took charge of the 2023 All-Ireland U-20 football final.
While this marks McNally's first time officiating a Donegal championship fixture, he previously presided over a Division 2 encounter between the two teams in 2019. On that occasion, Donegal emerged victorious with a scoreline of 1-9 to 0-11. Notably, Jason McGee and James Morgan were shown red cards during that match.
