Scoil Mhuire Glenties school at the Naomh Conaill club
It was a successful day in the Naomh Conaill parish with the boys and girls of the Naomh Mhuire Glenties National school winning both their Cumann na mBunscoil south-west finals at Davy Brennan Memorial Park.
The boys clinched the A final in the rain at the Naomh Conaill ground, while the girls lifted the B trophy.
Playing against five other schools both squads played super football with Dungloe, Scoil Mhuire Glenties, Kilcar National School, Niall Mór Killybegs, Annagaire, and Rann na Feirste, the participating schools.
Killybegs’ Niall Mór school clinched the A competition for the girls.
