The men from the Glebe recorded a comfortable win over Pettigo at Pairc na Gael on Sunday afternoon last in the Yes Chef Division 3 league.

The home side led by 1-8 to 0-3 at halftime with the goal coming from the boot of Adam Duffy and points from Ronan Frain (4) Diarmuid O'Cathail (2) Rowan Smith and Kevin Langan.

 The Pettigo scores came from Thomas Britton (2) and Reece McManus. 

Further goals from Ben Gallagher and Kevin Langan made sure of victory for the home side. The Pettigo goal came from Sean Robinson. Substitute Shay Doherty for Gaels hit two excellent scores when introduced and Sean Maher kicked three second half points for the visitors. 

Gaels scorers: Ronan Frain 0-4, K Langan 1-2, A Duffy 1-0, B Gallagher 1-0, D O'Cathail 0-2, S Doherty 0-2, Rowan Smith 0-1 and L McAlary 0-1.

Pettigo scorers: S Maher 0-3, S Robinson 1-0, T Britton 0-2, R McManus, J McManus and C Barry 0-1 each.
