Four Masters U-15 boys’ team and Dungloe’s ladies’ side gave a good account of themselves as they represented the county at the Féile championship last weekend.

The Dungloe side managed by Joe Boyle put in a superb effort in Galway as they marched all the way to the All-Ireland final where they were beaten by Waterford side Gaultier – the same team that beat them in the All-Ireland semi-final last season.

On route to the final, they overcame Eoghan Rua, London, and Ahane from Limerick, before beating Tullamore in the semi-final on a 1-6 to 1-0 scoreline.

For the Four Masters side, they were beaten in the Shield semi-final where they were stopped in their tracks by Ahane on a 5-3 to 2-2 scoreline in Roscommon.

The Donegal Town side started the competition on a positive note, beating Antrim team Naomh Bríd, before losing by three points to London, which was followed by a two-goal defeat to Tullamore.

Four Masters have become a mainstay in this competition in recent times with it being the club's fourth year in-a-row to represent the county at the Division 2 All-Ireland Féile tournament, with the club winning it in 2019.
