Naomh Columba claimed the points in Pairc na nGall on Sunday afternoon in what will not go down as a classic. Indeed, there must be some of kind of record as Bundoran went scoreless in the second half last week against Burt and didn’t raise a flag for the first 30 minutes this time around.

In the first half Naomh Columba led 0-6 points to 0-0 at half time with points from Aaron Doherty (2 frees), Phillip Doherty with three including a mark and a Eric Carr from play as first half finished.

In the second half there was points traded between Kyle McNulty and Shane Callaghan. Darragh Cunningham got another point from play before Jamie Brennan got a brace of points.

Second half sub Lanty Molloy got a mark to extend the lead before Molloy gave a pass to half-back Pauric Hegarty who slammed home for a three pointer.

But credit to the Realt na Mara club as they scored two goals from Timmy Govorov and Oisin Walsh. However, points from Michael Callaghan with two to Jamie Brennan with a free was followed in the 60th minute with Eric Carr firing home a second goal for the home side to secure the win.
