Naomh Muire got a much needed win at home on Saturday evening, getting the better of Gaeil Fhánada with a strong second half performance.

After losing their local derby game away to Na Rossa last week, this was an important win for the home side while Gaeil Fhánada left The Banks with their second loss in as many weeks.

The visitors had a narrow lead at the half-time, 0-8 to 0-7, but Naomh Muire came strong in the second half with two goals and they had sharpshooter Eoin Martin in fine form.
