Pettigo got their first win of the Junior Championship campaign with a narrow victory over Naomh Colmcille in Pettigo.

The Border side did the damage in the opening half to lead by 1-7 to 1-2 at half-time and were hanging on in the second half as Naomh Colmcille came back.

Naomh Colmcille lost half-forward Jacob McDaid in the second half with a shoulder injury.

Pettigo scorers: Shaun Robinson 1-3; Ollie McCaughey 0-3; Sean Maher 0-2; Ciaran Cassidy, Johnny McManus 0-1 each.
