Naomh Ultan hold on against Moville to continue their fine championship run

The Dunkineely men seal another victory in the Junior Championship following their one-point win away to Moville

Naomh Ultan held on to take two precious championship points in their away clash with Moville on Saturday evening.

Cian Kennedy once again top-scored for Naomh Ultan with eight points while Jonathan Bach, Daniel Gallagher, Patrick White, and Daragh Murrin all chipped in with points. 

Naomh Ultan led by three scores, 0-7 to 0-4, at half-time and they were still in front by four points going into the closing minutes before Pauric Skelly struck for a late goal, two minutes from the end of normal time to set up a grandstand finish. 

Moville scorers: Pauric Skelly 1-0; Michael Barr 0-3, 2fs; Christy Hegarty, and Seimi McLaughlin 1m, 0-2 each; Dylan Doherty and Malachy McDermott 0-1 each. Naomh Ultan scorers: Cian Kennedy 0-8; Jonathan Bach 0-2; Daniel Gallagher, Patrick White, and Daragh Murrin 0-1 each.
