Aodh Ruadh will celebrate their golden age in the Donegal Minor Football Championship in February.
The Ballyshannon club dominated the competition, winning four consecutive titles from 1979 to 1982, with the first of those victories coming against St Eunan's 1-5 to 1-5 in 1979. They overcame Four Masters in the next two finals, 2-2 to 0-7 in 1980 and 1-3 to 0-3 in 1981. The four-in-a-row came in 1982 when they defeated Ardara 0-13 to 0-8.

The annual club Dinner Dance will be taking place on Saturday, February 8, and also on the night, the club's Under 21 hurling Championship Shield winners and Junior B Shield winning ladies will receive their medals.
