The throw-in time for Naomh Padraig’s All-Ireland JFC quarter-final clash with Tara GFC in London has been delayed until 1pm after a pitch inspection was carried out at McGovern Park in London.
The original throw-in time of midday has now been put back after that walkabout by the match officials took place. Heavy sleet and snowfall in the UK and Ireland has wreaked havoc with the weekend sporting calander.
This is the second time Naomh Padraig have made the trip to the English capital to fulfil the fixture after the original scheduled contest back in early December was called off due to a water-logged pitch. However, on this occasion the game will now thankfully go ahead.
