Seamus and Kevin Bonner: A shining star for Donegal in the 1970s and 80s, Seamus was the first Donegal player to win three Anglo Celt Cups. He was the Kieran Donaghy of his time, bouncing between midfield and full-forward.

Following his retirement, he joined Brian McEniff’s coaching setup that won the 1992 All-Ireland final before later managing Leitrim and brought Bailieboro Shamrocks to a Cavan County title in 1995.

His son Kevin later represented St Brigid’s and the Dublin senior team under Paul Caffrey and Pat Gilroy.
