Ciaran Diver in action London
Three Donegal natives played key roles as London edged past Tipperary in a thrilling Allianz Football League Division 4 encounter at Semple Stadium.
Moville's Ciaran Diver was the standout performer, finishing as the top scorer on the day with 1-3, while Aodh Ruadh's Sean Taylor and St Mary's Convoy Paddy Dolan also contributed to the historic win.
London triumphed 2-13 to 0-17, with Liam Gallagher’s last-minute two-pointer sealing the victory. The match saw the sides level seven times, with Thomas Lenihan’s late score setting up the dramatic finale.

Tipperary had led early, surging ahead with a five-point burst, but London responded in the 22nd minute when Diver expertly looped a shot into the top corner.
Six minutes later, Kristian Healy carved open the defence to assist Shay Rafter for a second goal, putting London ahead at half-time.
Despite a strong start to the second half from Tipperary, Diver’s scoring prowess kept London in contention. Tipp’s 13 wides proved costly, and although Mark Russell briefly put them ahead with a two-pointer, Gallagher’s controversial last-gasp effort secured victory for the Exiles.
