Dowds and Butler pick up their awards at the weekend
Donegal pair Bronagh Butler and Katie Dowds both picked up Ulster LGFA Post Primary Schools All-Star awards on Friday night.
The Carndonagh Community School and St Columba’s College, Stranorlar students were in attendance at a special banquet at Canavan’s in Garvaghey.
Initially 170 players were selected by their schools, and after two rounds of trials the final 30 were named. This year’s squad is spread across the province with 23 schools and eight counties making the final panel. This is a second All-Star for MacCumhaills and Donegal senior star Dowds and a first for Carndonagh's Butler.
