Aodh Ruadh defeated Gaeil Fhanada to reach the last four of of the U-21B Championship
The draws for the County U-21B and U-21C semi-finals have just been made in Letterkenny.
In the U-21B, Glenswilly have been paired with Malin, with both sides winning their respective quarter-finals in Burt on Saturday by a single point.
Adrian Glackin’s Glenswilly edged out Naomh Padraig Uisce Chaoin on a 1-14 to 2-10 scoreline, while the Malin side managed by Terence McLaughlin held on to beat Cloughaneely 4-4 to 1-12.
That means the other semi-final will see a clash of Aodh Ruadh and Glenfin. Aodh Ruadh wre the most comfortable of the quarter-finals winners, overcoming Gaeil Fhanada on a 0-15 to 0-6 scoreline, with Glenfin coming through a tough battle with Buncrana 0-11 to 1-7.
Meanwhile, in the U-21C, the semi-finals, St Mary’s Convoy will face Red Hughs, and Naomh Ultan and Burt are to meet. All fixtures are expected to take place next weekend.
