The annual 5k run/walk will take place on Easter Sunday will all proceeds towards the Burtonport Railway Walk
The annual 5k in aid of Burtonport Railway Walk will take place this Easter Sunday.
Membership of the railway walk is now open for 2026 for €12 per person. The walk/run will take place on Monday, April 6, at 3pm. Refreshments will be served in the community centre afterwards and all money collected will go towards the maintenance of the walk.

On a recent inspection of the walk, it was noted that people are not cleaning up after their dogs. All dog owners are asked to cooperate and clean up afterwards.
