Katie-George Dunlevy and Linda Kelly celebrate after the win

Katie-George Dunlevy and her tandem pilot Linda Kelly were victors once again this morning in the World Para-cycling World Championship in Zurich, proving their worth in the Road Time Trial.

They came in ahead of their arch rivals, Great Britain pair of Sophie Unwin and Jenny Holl with just under a minute to spare.
Dunlevy and Kelly were defending the title they won last year in Glasgow, Scotland.

The other Irish bike of Josephine Healion and Eve McCrystal were pipped for bronze, finishing in fourth place.

Katie-George was following up her gold in the Time Trial at the Paralympics in Paris where she also won two silvers, on the track and in the road race.

She goes in the World Road Race on Wednesday and then will be back in Ireland for the weekend. There will be a special homecoming on Saturday in Mountcharles to acknowledge her Paralympic success (for the third Paralympics in-a-row).
