Theft occurred at Rossnowlagh's Franciscan Friary

Cash from a donations box was stolen from the Franciscan Friary in Rossnowlagh on June 25.

The donations box was forced open by two males at approximately 12.55pm, with the cash within it stolen.

Gardaí have appealed to anyone who may have observed the males involved, or a black Volkswagen Passat with a partial registration of ‘10 LK’ in the area of the Friary on June 25, to get in touch with them.

One of the males was in his twenties and wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, and a black cap. The other was aged in his teen years, and was wearing blue jeans, a black jacket, a pink or orange t-shirt, and a black cap.
