New properties to be built at Amalfi Court, Lisnennan
Donegal County Council has granted conditional planning permission for the erection of 12 houses outside of Letterkenny.
PRND Ltd is the listed applicant for the application, which includes access to existing public services, including all other associated site development works at Amalfi Court, Lisnennan, Letterkenny.
The site adjoins the established residential development of Amalfi Court, which comprises existing two-storey semi-detached dwellings.
Each of the proposed 12 dwellings will comprise a floor area of approximately 125sqm.

Donegal County Council granted the planning application permission with 24 conditions, done so with reasons including to cater for orderly development, and to “restrict new housing development to use by persons of a particular class or description in order to ensure an adequate choice and supply of housing, including affordable housing, in the common good.”
Another condition imposed was that the applicant pay a contribution of €24,296.52 in respect of public infrastructure and facilities benefiting development in the area of the Planning Authority that is already provided or is intended will be provided by the Authority.”
