Nirvana Restaurant at The Mall in Ballyshannon has been listed for sale
A former popular Ballyshannon restaurant and wine bar has been listed for sale, with offers encouraged in excess of €200,000.
Nirvana Restaurant, at The Mall in Ballyshannon, is listed for sale on daft.ie by Sean O’Boyle Auctioneers Ltd, and will be sold via the iamsold bidding platform by an online auction, unless sold prior.
The restaurant had been rated as the number one restaurant to visit in Ballyshannon on TripAdvisor before it last opened its doors to customers in January 2025.

Previously, the restaurant, which had been described as "a perfect place of peace, happiness, and tranquillity. A fine dining, family-run restaurant located within the heart of historic Ballyshannon," had closed in August 2023 during a previous run of business operation.
In 2018, there were celebrations as the restaurant picked up a Yes Chef Award for their 'Front of House Team'.
The restaurant premises for sale has a seating capacity of close to 80 people, as well as a kitchen area with store, toilets, and side access to the 277sqm building.
