Former Pettigo Health Centre up for sale in December
The former health centre in Pettigo is to be put up for sale via pubic auction in December.
O’Donnellan & Joyce Auctioneers are conducting an online live stream, property auction on Friday, December 5, at 12pm, with the former Pettigo Health Centre having a guide price of €30,000.
According to the auctioneers, “the building is in derelict condition but occupies a convenient position within the village, near local amenities such as the post office, convenience stores, and community facilities.”

The former health centre is located on Mill Street in Pettigo, within the oldest part of the village.
Pettigo’s former health centre is a two-storey building on a site approximately 0.15 acres in size.
Another former health centre in Donegal, in Burtonport, is to be sold within the same online auction.
Auctioneers have said that potential buyers should familiarise themselves with the auction process before bidding.
