A property price survey has revealed that the price of the average second-hand three-bed semi-detached house in Donegal rose by 15.3% in the last year.
Real Estate Alliance (REA) conducted the survey, which showed that the average second-hand three-bed semi-detached house price rose to €207,500 in 2025, compared to €180,000.
Average Bundoran prices rose 7.7% this year to €210,000, while prices in Milford increased 24.2% this period to an average of €205,000.
The REA Average House Price Index concentrates on the sale price of Ireland's typical stock home, the three-bed semi, giving an accurate picture of the second-hand property market in towns and cities countrywide.

The actual selling price of a three-bed, semi-detached house across the country rose by 1.6% in the past three months to €359,417.
Paul McElhinney, of REA McElhinney, Milford, said: “This year was another one of steady demand for property, with limited supply still being the driving factor in continued price increases over the period.”
