Planning sought from Donegal County Council for five Laghey properties

Application submitted for Laghey properties

Planning permission has been sought from Donegal County Council for the erection of five properties in Laghey.

There are five combined applicants for the submitted planning permission application, for the proposals which are to be located in a site in the townland of Raneany West, at a site next to Ratheeny Park in Laghey.

The site has been subject to planning applications since 2004, and in October 2025, five separate applications from the five listed applicants were withdrawn from consideration. 

Donegal County Council has set a decision due date for the submitted planning application for March 15.
