Harvey's Point named "Hotel of the Year" by Georgina Campbell

The lakeside retreat at Lough Eske, Harvey's Point Hotel has just been judged Ireland's Hotel of the Year 2017 at a prestigious ceremony in Dublin this afternoon.

The hotel has practically won every award in the book but this one is particularly special to Deirdre McGlone, the co-owner and current Donegal Person of the Year.

Speaking to the Democrat as she traveled back from Dublin Deirdre said, “This award just means so much to us all at Harvey's Point.

“Georgina Campbell's Awards are regarded as the most prestigious and independent in the country and we are really humbled to receive such an accolade. It is a great tribute to each and everyone of the team in the hotel and indeed all our suppliers."
