Once a common feature in the county many years ago the traditional Christmas bazaar proved a winner not only for the Donegal Town Community Band but indeed for everybody who attended the event in the Central Hotel.
With the vast amount of prizes and the quality on offer it was no surprise that guests flocked to it from all over the south west of the county.
Forget about waiting for Black Friday next week there literally was something for the estimated 500 people all hungry for a bit of Christmas cheer.
