As Donegal sizzles in the early summer sun, with temperatures topping 23 degrees in some places, we are on the hunt to find out where the best 99 cones in Donegal are.
We will be asking the hard questions in this debate: Flake’s - are they over rated? Are sauce and sprinkles acceptable before June? Is there such a thing a cone that is too small?
