A motorist tested positive for cocaine
Gardaí attached to Donegal Town Roads Policing Unit stopped a car that had been detected travelling at 173kph in a 100kph speed zone last night.
The driver was arrested. The driver then tested positive for cocaine.
A Court appearance will follow as the driver has been charged.
Gardai urged motorists not drive while under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
