The driver, a woman in her 50s, and the passenger of the vehicle, a woman aged in her 80s, were taken to hospital by ambulance for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

Two women hospitalised after Burnfoot crash

Two women have been hospitalised following a collision in Burnfoot last week.

Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene at approximately 4pm on Wednesday evening, June 4th.

The driver, a woman in her 50s, and the passenger of the vehicle, a woman aged in her 80s, were taken to hospital by ambulance for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

A Garda spokesperson confirmed that they attended the incident and that there are “no further details available at this time.”
