File prepared for DPP over public order incident
A file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions following an incident last week in Buncrana.
A man was arrested after a public order incident, which occurred at around 11.30pm on Wednesday, June 4th in the Lisowen Avenue area of Buncrana.
Members of An Garda Síochána attended the scene after receiving a report of a public order incident. A man in his 40s was subsequently detained and brought to Buncrana Garda Station.
He was later released without charge and a Garda spokesperson has confirmed that a file will now be prepared for the DPP.
