Outline permission sought for six new Tullyarvan houses
Outline planning permission is being sought for six new houses in Buncrana.
The applicant, Emmet Friel, has applied /for the proposed development at Tullyarvan, adjacent to the Woods estate.
The application also includes outline permission for an access road, connection to the public sewer, and associated works.
Outline permission is where a person applies to see if the local authority agrees in principle with a development. A separate application will need to be submitted to have the houses constructed.

Any submissions on the development can be made until August 17th. A decision by the planning authority is expected by September 7th.
