Scoil Mhuire Buncrana says it’s delighted to celebrate the outstanding achievements of its Junior Cert students following the release of results earlier this week.

The Junior Cert is a State exam that is taken at secondary school by third-year pupils, who typically sit nine papers each.

The Buncrana school said it is immensely proud of the hard work, dedication, and resilience shown by all students throughout their first three years at Scoil Mhuire.

Principal Evelyn McLoughlin commended the pupils and staff for their exceptional efforts, noting the strong spirit of learning and support that defines Scoil Mhuire.

“We are absolutely thrilled with the results achieved by our Junior Cycle students this year. Their commitment, perseverance, and enthusiasm for learning have truly paid off.”

“These results reflect not only individual hard work but also the excellent teaching and teamwork that exists throughout our school community.”

Ms McLoughlin added: “I also wish to acknowledge the support of parents and guardians, whose partnership with the school has been invaluable. Well done to every student; we are very proud of you all.”

The results highlight the academic excellence and personal growth fostered at Scoil Mhuire, as students continue to develop the skills and confidence needed for Senior Cycle and beyond.

Scoil Mhuire extends “heartfelt congratulations” to all students, families, and staff who contributed to its success this year.
